Candidate Experience Marketing® is a Search & Co Group initiative, active within commercial recruitment since 2000. The methodology has been developed in-house based on our long time experience within recruitment.

The management of Candidate Experience Marketing® consists of three experienced professionals in commercial recruitment.
Michael Boud is co-founder of the Search & Co Group and founding father of the candidate experience model. He developed the model since 2000 and applies it daily within the activities of the group. He is senior partner, responsible for marketing, sales and strategy.
Maaike Willems is founder of the leading hrm recruitment agency pzSearch and ambassador of candidate experience marketing. She has a professional carreer in commercial recruitment since the 90s, specializing in senior management positions. Maaike is as a senior partner responsible for client services, consultancy and client support.
Maurice van Uden is also co-founder of the Search & Co Group and responsible for the implementation of the candidate experience model in software and services.
Marcel Geurtsen is responsible for our finance and administration.
